Hosts File Editor+ 是一款主机文件编辑器，可无缝地编辑 Hosts文件、简单直接的备份或创建新的 Hosts 文件，您还可通过编辑 Hosts 文件管理访问网站和网络流量。本程序用于编辑 hosts 文件。需求: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile，本程序免费。本程序无需安装，您只需运行它即可。

通过修改、删除、更新、下载、安装和还原 Hosts 文件来更好地控制网络流量。除了对 Hosts 文件进行修改之外，程序还拥有其他便利的功能，您可在调整网络流量时使用这些功能。对于初学者，您可以更新、禁用或启用您需要严格监控的 Hosts 文件。此外，您也可以打开和关闭 DNS 服务，当流量和传输速率缓慢时刷新 DNS 缓存。

程序还提供了屏蔽各种应用程序服务器的功能，这些服务器可能占用了过多的带宽。更准确地说，您可以屏蔽 telemetry、Microsoft、Adobe 或 Corel 服务器，以及各种社交成人内容的网站，例如 Facebook、Twitter、Instagram 或 Redtube 等。

Hosts 文件是计算机名称及其关联的 IP 地址的列表。Hosts 文件被 Microsoft Windows 和其他网络操作系统用作在特殊情况下重定向 TCP / IP 通信的可选方式。这些文件不需要使用普通的网络和 Internet 应用程序。Hosts 文件可以被计算机管理员、用户进行修改与编辑。
